Prior to Regent, Phil Long taught for fifteen years at Covenant Theological Seminary in Missouri and four years at the Freie Theologische Akademie in Germany. He has published several books on biblical history, including the co-authored work A Biblical History of Israel and a commentary on 1 and 2 Samuel in the ESV Study Bible.
